Candidates applying to the BSL Executive MBA program must have:

• EITHER a bachelor’s degree in business, or in a business related area, from a recognized university or institution. Candidates with a bachelor's degree in another field are eligible to apply but must complete BSL's prerequisite courses.

• OR significant work experience (for professionals over 30 years of age). Working professionals with careers focused exclusively on one area of business are eligible to apply but must complete BSL’s prerequisite courses.
• OR a Swiss CFC and eight years of work experience.
• For candidates without the prerequisite work experience, please refer to the BSL MBA or the MBA Master in International Business.

In addition, admission requirements include:

• Five years of professional work experience, including management experience (defined as having managed people or a project).
• GMAT scores and other qualifications to strengthen a candidate’s application are recommended but not mandatory.
• An up-to-date CV.
• Fluency in English at a TOEFL level of 90 or equivalent.
• Two reference letters from current or previous employers.
• A convincing motivation letter/essay highlighting:
  • your perspective on your professional future
  • reasons why you wish to study business
  • why BSL is the right school for you
• The successful completion of a personal interview with our admissions officer (in person or by phone).
