Professional Career & Mini Bio

Marc Such has been active in the Supply Chain world for 15 years.

He has built a solid expertise on many Supply Chain processes: Logistics Strategy, Demand & Supply planning, Logistics and E-commerce & Omnichannel.

Co-founder of SuCh Consulting (a Lausanne based consulting firm specialized in Supply Chain and Continuous Improvement) he is involved in major transformation projects, from diagnosis to the design of a new Supply Chain, up to the implementation in local or international contexts.

Following his engineering studies at the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), he joined Nestlé Nespresso. For 6 years, he contributed to this success story by structuring a Supply Chain recognized for its excellence throughout the world: definition of Logistics Strategies, Optimization of Warehouse Flows, implementation of E-commerce Operations.

He then joined British American Tobacco as a Demand & Supply Planning Manager. At the heart of issues specific to the Swiss market, he optimized resources by ensuring the right balance between sales forecasts and product availability.

Marc Such is APICS CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and DDPP (Demand Driven Planner Professional) certified by the Demand Driven Institute.
