BSL Graduation 2024: A Memorable and Inspiring Ceremony
On the 28th of September, we had the pleasure to celebrate the remarkable journey of our 2024 graduates and reflect on how their unique perspectives have enriched our classrooms and will continue to enrich our community. BSL Graduation 2024 was held in Hotel Royal Savoy and it was not just a ceremony, but a celebration of growth, perseverance, and the transformative power of education.
One of the highlights of the day was the powerful and inspiring speech delivered by BSL Alumna Alexia Ceppi, Head of Learning and Development Retail Operations International at Swatch. Her words served as a reminder to all of us to embrace lifelong learning and maintain an open mindset. In a world filled with global challenges, Alexia’s message encourages us to remain adaptable, a vital skill for future leaders.
“It was an honor to deliver the 2024 graduation speech at Business School Lausanne, 16 years after my own graduation in 2008. I spoke about the vital role of continuous education, an open mindset, and personal development. In our fast-evolving world, learning doesn’t end after graduation —it’s a lifelong journey that helps us navigate change, grow, and thrive. By staying curious and committed to growth, we empower ourselves to succeed in an ever-changing landscape”.

We were also moved by our valedictorian, BBA Graduate, Noussaiba Krichene, whose heartfelt speech resonated with everyone. She beautifully captured the essence of success, reminding us that it is not solely about the destination but about the difference we make along the way. Her advice to “embrace every challenge as an opportunity for growth” truly captured the BSL spirit.
