Dr. Thomas Patrick Huber is a Swiss-American scholar, educator, and consultant specializing in leadership, organizational behavior, human resource management, organizational development, innovation, and emerging technologies. He currently serves as Visiting Professor at The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice and has held academic appointments at institutions including Stanford University, The Ohio State University, the University of California, Berkeley, Università della Svizzera Italiana, and Franklin University.
His research and teaching focus on how leaders create high-performing organizations through effective team dynamics, organizational culture, employee engagement, and strategic change.
