Alexandra Gritsenko

From an early age, it became evident to everyone who knew me that I have a powerful strive to help and assist people around me. Although a lot of things had changed since then, that drive has only grown stronger in me and I embrace it in everything I do in my life. It was clear to me, for a really long time, that I want to study abroad but I only got the opportunity to do so after graduating from my school back in Russia. Coming to BSL was a great challenge because I was very young (only 17), compared to my peers, and this created some pressure. However, I was able to overcome all the struggles and recently I was elected to be the President of Student Council, which I have been part of and enjoyed for a year. Now, I can finally do what I love next to my studies.
