Benjamin Wall, M.Sc., was born in the United States and studied at Yale University and the London School of Economics. He has spent his professional life in the Zurich area, where he now lives. He has been active in management consulting with KPMG and as an independent consultant and also as a professor on business studies programs, with experience at Business School Lausanne, the University of St. Gallen, and the Zurich University of Applied Sciences.
Prof. Wall has authored four books in which he applies his management framework “5-D Value” to the automobile industries in America and Europe, to Amazon and to the White Arena Group in the Swiss ski resort Laax (see 5dvalue.com). 5-D Value identifies the success factors at companies, and in particular shows the management processes at progressive companies with which sustainability is built into the essence of the value proposition, business model and strategy (see the YouTube channel Five Dimensions of Value).
