Professional Career & Mini Bio
Dr. Erdal Atukeren received his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Ottawa, Canada. Dr. Atukeren has been a faculty member at BSL Business School Lausanne since 2010. He teaches business mathematics, business statistics, and research methods courses at the Master’s level. He brings with him extensive expertise in economics, econometrics, research methods, international economics, empirical finance, and sustainable business strategy.
Dr. Atukeren was awarded the “Associate Professor of Econometrics” title by the InterUniversity Council (ÜAK-YÖK) in Türkiye in 2009. He believes in continuing education. He holds a B.A degree in Sociology as well.
Dr. Atukeren has published numerous academic journal articles, and he serves as an Associate Editor or Editorial Board member at several SSCI and Scopus-indexed journals.
Dr. Atukeren received the “Global Top 1% Peer Reviewer” award from Publons/Web of Science in 2019 in the fields of “Environment and Ecology” and “Cross-Disciplinary Research”.
