Professor Dr. Guy Ngayo is Managing Director of a management consulting and development coaching company, Verticacoaching, in Switzerland.
He has worked and lived in 6 different countries, working on implementing strategic, change management, marketing and business growth initiatives on a global scale for tier one global companies. Prof. Dr. Ngayo held leadership roles at the French Embassy in Washington DC, Hilti Worldwide, and Andersen Consulting/Accenture.
