We know all teachers and coordinators; we are not numbers, we have full assistance from them, and that makes the difference.

Eric Gregoire – Switzerland

Executive MBA

Eric Gregoire, Swiss, is a participant in the BSL Executive MBA class of 2014. He loves business and has been working in this field for years. For Eric, one of the fundamental reasons for choosing the BSL EMBA program was to gain knowledge about business from a top business school in Switzerland.

How would you describe your BSL experience so far?

The atmosphere is perfect; there is a great spirit and a very collaborative environment where everyone helps each other. In addition, the high level of the students is stimulating.

What makes studying at BSL different?

BSL is a small school, so we know all teachers and coordinators; we are not numbers, we have full assistance from them, and that makes the difference. In addition, the teachers are very experienced and this makes the courses really interesting.

If there is one significant change you could accomplish in the world, what would it be?

Peace.

What are the most important values today’s leaders should have?

Leaders must be pragmatic, respectful, honest, and loyal. They must have excellent communication skills too.

Tell us one personal story that is truly relevant to your experience at BSL and why.

Only two weeks after my program started at BSL, I participated in the Aspen MBA Case Competition, which is a worldwide competition among top business schools on a sustainable business case study. It was very intense; I was with three other classmates who I did not know yet. During the weekend of the competition, we worked hard, we had to get to know each other really quickly, and at the end we were the campus winner at BSL. I am glad I was part of this team; these people are my closest friends at BSL now. Sharing studies and teamwork is a perfect mix which makes BSL unique!
