Professional Career

With Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Statistics, Kingsley started his career in Oil and Gas industry as Director Supply Chain Management and also held various roles including Heading Project Management and Procurement. He later moved into Maritime industry as Director Business Development, Strategic Programs and Supply Chain Design. With extensive wealth of experience gained in those industries, he moved into Pharmaceutical Industry driven by passion to reimagine last mile access to innovative medicines.

Since joining Novartis Pharma, he has held and transitioned to various roles across the organization both in Manufacturing Technical Operations within Supply Chain and Drug Development. He has been part of major innovative and transformation programs within the company driving productivity and operational excellence.

He`s currently Senior Global Life Cycle Program Lead @Novartis Pharma AG overseeing end-2-end complex strategic programs/projects and company supply network transformation of its Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) manufacturing sites. Managing complex network of external partners, while driving transformative and sustainable manufacturing strategy. Kingsley is a positive change maker who strongly believes in harnessing the power of digital technology as key enabler to transform healthcare system and ensure patients access to innovative medicines. He has great interest in driving supply chain digital transformation to optimize medicines availability.

Sustainability and Digital transformation of Pharma Industry`s Supply Chain Management to close the gap of medicine shortages. Supply Chain agility, responsiveness and the emergence of new technologies like industry 4.0/5.0

Statement of Motivation for a DBA

The main motivation for enrolling into this program is to continue my learning journey on personal and professional development towards solving practical transformational business and Supply Chain Management challenges in our fast-changing global environment, but focusing more on Pharmaceutical Industry (Pharma Industry). With wealth of extensive practical business experiences across various industries, I strongly believe superior knowledge gained from this Doctorate program would provide me additional wealth of opportunities to enhance my innovative capabilities and competency in applying sustainable, digital transformative solution to deliver best in class performance for business to thrive in creating more value and additionally gain more capabilities in providing excellent transformative leadership towards driving digital transformation program of Pharma Organization.
