Holding a Master’s degree in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Manchester, she leverages extensive experience in business development, leadership, and program management to foster impactful business solutions.

Her expertise is rooted in practical experience, including her role as Co-founder and Global Program Manager of Accelerate2030. Under her leadership in the period 2016-2023, this program, co-initiated between Impact Hub Geneva and UNDP, supported over 500 entrepreneurs across 33 countries in scaling their impact toward UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. Prior to Accelerate2030, Ljupka worked in different organizations in the NGO, public, and private sectors across Europe, designing programs for entrepreneurship support, financing innovation, implementing international projects, and delivering training programs.

Inspired by her work with purpose-driven leaders and the need for transformative leadership to tackle humanity’s most pressing challenges, she has been working on a model of future-fit business education: one that nurtures courageous leaders, who create positive impact in our society and the environment.

Ljupka joined Business School Lausanne at the end of 2024 where she teaches Business Modelling, guiding students in creating future-fit business models aligned with regenerative and sustainable principles. She also teaches Personal Mastery at the Geneva Business School, helping students to translate personal values and passions into courageous leadership for the new economy.

Favorite Research Topics

Ljupka believes that business leadership needs a fundamental shift in values, mindset, and success templates. While technological solutions and alternative business models exist, the missing piece in business education is deep inner work, and she is supporting people in bridging this gap between personal development and creating positive external impact through business.

She is currently working on a research with the Club of Rome to understand the most innovative knowledge and methodologies that integrate inner work, regenerative business practices, and making impactful contribution in the world, with an aim to design a transformative, highly experiential program that brings this thought leadership to life.
