Professional Career
Since graduating from Bath University, UK with a degree in Modern Languages and European Studies, I have had almost 20 years of experience working within the automotive industry with a number of global automotive OEMs, either as an employee, or in a professional services capacity. My experience to date, has primarily been focused on global operations and strategy roles spanning the sales and aftersales value chain. Throughout this time, I have had the privilege of supporting organizations navigate the seismic change that digital technology has brought to the world of automotive, transport and mobility and have helped a variety of organizations to execute their growth strategies through the design and implementation of new service propositions and business processes that are underpinned by data, technology and a deep understanding of the the target customer.

I am a great believer in sustainable prosperity, and my main area of personal and professional interest lies in understanding the factors that underpin sustainable mobility ecosystems, and working with organizations to evolve their business models accordingly
Career Objectives / Personal Vision & Mission
The automotive industry is a great innovator and in recent years made huge advances in connected, shared, autonomous, and electric technologies all of which are changing the way in how we think about and use new mobility options moving forward. However the transformation required for automotives in the next decade to become cleaner, safer and more inclusive organisations is far greater than what we have seen before and will require people who understand why it needs to change to help shape the agenda moving forward.
I’m personally really excited about the sustainability changes that the industry is now undertaking and I am now at a stage in my career where I want to reinforce my practical automotive knowledge and deepen this with academic and a research-based grounding in the field of sustainable mobility. Through my EMBA I am looking forward to learning more about this topic, connecting with like minded people and becoming part of a community that is focused on being a voice for change.
